Our Price Match Commitment If you find another online store offering a lower price than ours for the same product, or if our own website lowers the price for the item you ordered within six months of your purchase date, we will refund you the difference.

How to Request a Price Match To request your partial refund, simply email info@deeptranquilityfurnishing.com with a link to the identical product on our website or a competitor's website within six months of your order date. Once verified, we will process the credit back to your original payment method.

Policy Limitations & Requirements To ensure a fair comparison, our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the following:

  • Prior Purchase: You must have already purchased the item from deeptranquilityfurnishing.com before requesting the price match.

  • Identical Items: The product must be the exact same brand, model, and SKU.

  • Authorized Retailers: The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.

  • In-Stock Status: The item must be currently in stock on the competitor's website at the time of the request.

  • Online-Only: The competitor must be an online-only retailer; we do not match physical retail stores or "brick-and-mortar" locations.

  • Exclusions: Promotions such as rebates, "Buy One, Get One Free" offers, and clearance/liquidation sales are not eligible.

  • Marketplace/Auction Exclusions: We do not match discount or auction websites (including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, or Overstock).

  • Calculated Costs: The price match includes the item price and shipping charges but excludes sales tax.
