At Deep Tranquility Furnishing, we believe shipping should be clear, predictable, and professionally handled. Below is exactly what you can expect when ordering from us.

 Shipping Coverage Area

  • We ship within the contiguous United States only.

  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

 Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders of $100.00 or more (calculated on the order subtotal before taxes).

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $9.95 applies to all orders under $100.00.

  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We do not charge additional liftgate or residential delivery fees for freight items.

 Delivery Estimates & Timeframes

Our estimated delivery window is 7–12 business days. All timeframes refer to standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Handling Time: The time required to process, pack, and prepare your order before it leaves our warehouse.

  • Transit Time: The duration the carrier takes to deliver your order once it has been dispatched from our facility.

 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your payment and order details.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

 Delivery Methods

  • Small Parcels: Smaller items (e.g., faucets, mirrors) ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and will be delivered directly to your door.

  • Freight Deliveries: Large items (e.g., tubs, vanities, bedroom sets) ship via professional LTL freight carriers. For these items, the carrier will call you at the phone number provided during checkout to schedule a specific delivery appointment.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier capacity, or supply chain disruptions. If a significant delay affects your order, we will proactively notify you via email with a revised estimate.
